Entrata’s Virginia Love Inducted into the Georgia Apartment Association Hall of Fame
LEHI, Utah – Sept. 26, 2025 – Entrata, a leading AI-enabled multifamily industry operating system, announced today that Industry Principal Virginia Love has been inducted into the Georgia Apartment Association’s (GAA) Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony took place on Thursday, Sept. 4, during GAA’s annual meeting in Savannah, Ga.
A revered figure in the multifamily industry, the Atlanta-based Love has made an indelible mark on the GAA and its Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA) affiliate, serving on the boards of both organizations for many years. In 2018, she was the chairperson of GAA. She also served as the chairperson of AAA in 2011. In each of these roles, Love worked with local and state governments on policies and issues affecting association members and spearheaded efforts to provide increased access to housing. She has also championed the industry’s efforts to combat homelessness and food insecurity in the state, and she chaired AAA’s Community Service Committee for 20 years, a role in which she oversaw the association's annual Food-A-Thon for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

In her current role at Entrata, Love, a 34-year multifamily veteran, is actively involved in marketing, product development, and sales, serving as a key industry liaison to drive growth and innovation. Before joining Entrata in June 2019, she spent 12 years as vice president of leasing and marketing at Waterton Residential. Love has also held key positions in training, marketing, and operations at industry leaders like Summit Properties and ING Clarion, after launching her multifamily career in 1991 as a leasing consultant with Trammell Crow Residential Services.

A highly sought-after international speaker, Love has spoken at top industry conferences, countless apartment association events and Entrata customer and client events, sharing her knowledge of the multifamily industry and passion for elevating onsite teams. Among the organizations and boards she’s served are the National Apartment Association, National Multifamily Housing Council, Zillow Multifamily Advisory Board, Multifamily Social Media Summit Advisory Board and the Grace Hill Leadership Council.
A National Apartment Association Lyceum graduate, Love was named a 2025 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. and a Multifamily Influencer by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum in 2021. She was also honored by Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards in 2022, and is part of Apartment All-Stars, an organization dedicated to providing top-quality educational events to multifamily industry professionals throughout North America.
