LEHI, Utah – July 23, 2025 Entrata, a leading AI-enabled multifamily industry operating system, announced today that Industry Principal Virginia Love has been named to GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence Class of 2025 in the PropTech Executive/Innovator category. Award Honors Industry Veteran’s Expertise and Wide-Ranging Impact in Multifamily

Love and the other honorees are profiled in a feature article on GlobeSt.com and will receive additional recognition in the publication's email newsletters and social media platforms. The award winners will be officially honored at the annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence dinner at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Denver on July 22.

“Virginia has had an immeasurable impact at Entrata since she joined our team in 2019, and I don’t think anyone is more deserving of this award,” said Chase Harrington, President of Entrata. “She has always exhibited a passion to address the human side of the industry, and she serves as a trusted resource for many of the industry's leading women. Few are better at creating and cultivating relationships, and we always consider ourselves lucky to have her as a part of our organization.”

A revered figure in the industry, Love serves as a liaison from the owner/operator side of multifamily—where she spent a significant portion of her career—to Entrata's marketing, product and sales departments. The 34-year industry veteran continues to expand her extensive network of industry leaders, strengthening and fostering key relationships that drive the growth of a property management system that serves more than 3 million residents across more than 20,000 apartment communities in the U.S.

Additionally, Love plays a critical role in the production and execution of Entrata Base Camp, the company’s roving annual training conference, and Entrata Summit, its annual user conference in Salt Lake City. She has served on numerous multifamily committees and boards in her career, helping to serve as a key voice on various industry initiatives while also exhibiting unwavering support for the industry’s vast array of women leaders. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences across the country.

“Our industry has no shortage of exceptional women who excel at their craft, and it's an extraordinary honor to be mentioned alongside GlobeSt.'s 2025 honorees,” Love said. “The Women of Influence Awards are very well-regarded and sought after in the industry, and it's humbling to be included in this year's class. My co-associates at Entrata deserve much of the credit, as the organization truly exhibits a culture that fosters innovation and creativity, which enable associates to shine.”

The 2025 Women of Influence were selected by GlobeSt.’s advisory board and senior editors based upon how well candidates achieved goals, displayed ingenuity, impacted the industry and other factors. This awards program has recognized standout female professionals in commercial real estate for their achievements since 1983.
