New in Prospect Portal: Engineered for the Way Prospects Search Now

The way prospects start their apartment search has changed. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity now sit alongside Google as a first stop. Prospect Portal is engineered for that shift: the templates are open to LLM crawlers, the content is structured for generative answers, the underlying property data is the same live feed that powers the rest of Entrata, and Entrata's reputation product is integrated into the GEO solution so the signals LLMs care about, both on-page and off, are always current.
What's new
- Automated FAQ generation (shipped in March 2026), built on FAQPage schema. Prospect Portal builds property FAQs directly from the amenities, pricing, floor plans, and policies already in Entrata. The questions are modeled on what prospects actually ask ChatGPT during apartment shopping, and every Q&A is wrapped in FAQPage / Question / Answer schema across both the dedicated FAQ page and the mini-FAQ accordion on every property page — so LLMs ingest the content cleanly. Amenities, addresses, contact pages, blog content, and site navigation are similarly marked up.
- Reputation Advisor integrated into Entrata’s GEO solution. LLMs look well beyond what's published on the property website — property reviews are one of the strongest signals they use to decide what to surface and how to describe it. Reputation Advisor captures property reviews from across the web and lets onsite teams respond manually or with AI agents, so the reputation signal LLMs see stays fresh, comprehensive, and high-quality. Reviews are one of the areas only a full PMS with an integrated reputation product can really own end-to-end — and the Entrata stack does it natively, no third-party reputation vendor required.
- Live property data flowing into Google Business Profile alongside the website. Entrata APIs push property data changes — hours, fees, amenities, contact info — directly to each property's Google Business Profile, the single highest-leverage source ChatGPT and Gemini pull from for local property data. The same data field that drives the website drives the GBP listing and the FAQ schema, kept in sync automatically.

Why it matters
LLM-sourced traffic to Entrata-powered property websites has grown from near-zero in late 2024 to a consistent, accelerating channel by spring 2026. The breakout view makes the strategic point even clearer: that growth is overwhelmingly ChatGPT, with Gemini and Perplexity behind it. More than half of Google searches are now zero-click, and the question for owner-operators has shifted from "where does my property rank on Google?" to "what does ChatGPT say when someone asks about a 2-bedroom in my submarket?" If the data feed is stale, the page isn't structured for an LLM to read, or the AI crawler can't even reach the site, the answer is whatever an ILS has published. Entrata took the foundational step back in 2024: we configured Cloudflare to explicitly allow OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google-Extended crawlers across Entrata-powered websites, well before most operators were even thinking about the question. Prospect Portal customers have been visible on the LLMs from the start.
