NAA Provides Payment Templates

The National Apartment Association has provided guidance for apartment communities to help establish payment plans and waive late fees during the coronavirus crisis.

New Client Support Initiatives

In order to support communities through the COVID-19 crisis, Entrata will be activating its social media posting tools for all clients at no charge. Entrata will lower payment rates for properties who start absorbing transaction fees for residents who pay rent online.

Google My Business Suspends Reviews

Google My Business has temporarily suspended reviews and responses across its platform. While all existing reviews and responses will remain publicly visible, new posts are not available to ReputationAdvisor at this time.

HQ Closed

March 16, 2020

Entrata has transitioned the entire organization to work from home until further notice. Currently, only essential personnel will have access to Entrata's Lehi, UT office.

Message Center Activated

March 13, 2020

All Entrata clients will be able to use Message Center's email and text capabilities to facilitate emergency communications within their communities for 30 days at no extra cost.

Travel Restrictions

March 12, 2020

Entrata has implemented a 30-day travel ban for both domestic and international travel. All scheduled meetings are being moved to virtual formats and teleconferencing.

Response Plan Initiated

March 11, 2020

Entrata has developed a tiered response plan based on recommendations from the CDC, state and local health departments, and industry guidance from NAA and NMHC and will implement escalating measures as necessary.

In this unprecedented emergency, we are focusing our efforts to offer whatever resources you and your communities will need to address changing needs quickly and with as little disruption to your businesses as possible.
