When you register online you'll receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive payment for your registration. Attendees may register as a group or individually, please provide complete registration information for each person attending.

Registration Cancellation: Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to email@example.com and must be dated on or before 5 PM MST on February 21st, 2022, to receive a refund, less a $50 USD registration cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after February 21st, 2022. No refunds for no-shows.
All reservations are required to be cancelled with a 72 hours notice. All cancellations must be processed through the hotel.
Participant replacements by another who is a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted. The participant replacement must complete the full registration form through a written request by the replaced participant. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
