Entrata Launches Disaster Recovery Apartment Listing Resource
August 28 2020
LEHI, Utah -- Entrata, a leading technology provider for the property management industry, announced today it has launched Entrata.com/Hurricane, an online listing of known apartment vacancies in the Texas and Louisiana regions that have been affected by Hurricane Laura.
“With a significant number of displaced residents, we wanted to provide a resource that will help connect these citizens with the apartment communities that have vacancies in their area,” said Chase Harrington, president and chief operating officer at Entrata.
At the time of the site launch, there are more than one hundred vacancies listed at 76 properties. Vacancies will be updated in real-time. Visitors can drill down on vacancies by city and view the unit’s pricing, floorplan and community contact information.
“We are still days away from understanding the full impact of the storm on the apartment rental industry,” said Harrington. “But, fortunately, there are many vacant, undamaged units waiting to be filled by those in need.”
Entrata has set up a donation link with funds going directly to the American Red Cross, and will match all donations made via this link up to $10,000.
If you are an Entrata client managing units in the affected areas and would like to be included in these efforts, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
