A fully-integrated self-guided tour solution is now available to Entrata users to help meet evolving industry needs
LEHI, Utah, July 9, 2020 -- Entrata has announced a new functionality, Self-Guided Tours, which brings an end-to-end contactless touring solution to Entrata’s comprehensive, single sign-on platform of technology tools, features and services. Included with current licensing fees, this feature provides increased value and expanded functionality to the platform for Entrata’s partners at no additional cost.
Now generally available, the new technology was developed to meet a growing industry demand in this space. Self-Guided Tours features a variety of customizable and flexible settings providing apartment communities with the ability to implement a personalized touring experience at their properties to better meet the evolving needs of a new generation of renters.

Properties can use Google Smart Home and Amazon Alexa enabled voice tour capabilities to give prospects relevant information regarding a property’s amenity offerings like the gym, pool, laundry and more. Other key features to help properties customize the self-guided touring experience include:
