Entrata Introduces Preemptive Measures to Address COVID-19 Risks

Business Services and Company Operations to Continue Uninterrupted

LEHI, Utah - March 13, 2020 - Entrata, a leading technology provider for the multifamily industry, has announced new preemptive measures to address ongoing risks related to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak and better protect Entrata team members, clients, their families and the communities in which they live.

Beginning March 12, Entrata has encouraged all employees who are able to perform their work remotely to telecommute until further notice. This decision was made following the March 12 announcement by Utah Governor Gary Herbert recommending increased social distancing and encouraging businesses to take steps to help their employees work from home.

The company has also instituted a 30-day travel ban for both international and domestic travel. Entrata is restructuring all scheduled meetings involving Entrata employees or clients to a virtual format.

Entrata will also be activating its Message Center service for all clients for 30 days at no charge. This technology will be available to help communities and management companies communicate with their residents via email and SMS to share resources and emergency protocols quickly and safely.

Entrata will continue to monitor recommendations from the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local and state health departments, as well as guidance from multifamily industry organizations NAA and NMHC.
