LEHI, Utah, Feb. 18, 2020 – Entrata, the multifamily industry’s most comprehensive technology provider, today announced its participation at CampusConnex, one of the nation’s largest annual student housing conferences.

Entrata will be exhibiting on the showroom floor in booth No. 312, which will feature nine team members who will be available to answer product-related questions. Entrata’s presence at the two-day event (Feb. 18 and 19 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans) will include the session The Student Pricing Disconnect: Pain Points and Solutions on Feb. 19, moderated by product manager Matt Schultz.

“As always, we’re excited to participate in CampusConnex and we look forward to visiting the great city of New Orleans,” said Chase Harrington, president and chief operating officer for Entrata. “As a leading technology provider in the student space, we’re always eager to find innovative ways to improve and streamline the experience for student housing operators.”

Entrata continues to diligently refine its student software, designed to specifically meet the unique needs of student housing operators by providing improved forecasting, roommate matching, bulk unit assignment and digital make-ready board functionality that is backed by a full suite of online tools for accounting, leasing, payments, portals, marketing and resident management, all on one platform.

As part of The Student Pricing Disconnect: Pain Points and Solutions, Schultz will moderate a panel that includes Jake Jarman, chief operating officer of Redstone Residential; Connie Aldape, director of revenue management for Pinnacle Campus Living; and KrisAnn Kizer, national director of leasing and marketing for Pierce Education Properties. The session, scheduled for 10 a.m. on Feb. 19 in the Imperial C space, will discuss the nuances specific to student housing pricing and the solutions—and future possibilities—considered by the sector’s revenue managers.
