Peak Campus Partners with Entrata
February 11 2020
LEHI, Utah, February 11, 2020 - Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators and developers, and manager of more than 50,000 beds nationwide, recently completed a full platform switch of all of its property management technology tools to Entrata.
The Entrata platform is designed to specifically meet the unique needs of owners, operators, on-site staff and residents in the apartment rental industry, including those in the student space. Since implementation in 2019, the Entrata platform is allowing Peak Campus to improve forecasting, organize data and enable online lease signing and automated renewals.
“When we began looking at new software partners, we decided that two of the biggest drivers behind our decision would be an improvement in the end-user experience for our residents, prospects and on-site teams, and a long-term commitment to the student housing space,” said Casey Petersen, Chief Operating Officer for Peak Campus. “After careful review, we became convinced that Entrata was the platform and partner that could help us meet these objectives.”
Peak Campus also leverages the power of Entrata’s ResidentPortal to provide an efficient technology solution that on-site teams and residents benefit from. The app allows residents to tap into all facets of their living experience on a mobile device and onsite teams can react to their requests in a timely fashion.
“It really has been a game-changer,” said Opal Cox, Director of Operations for Peak Campus. “It makes it easier for our residents to submit maintenance requests or process their rent payment. For our onsite teams, the efficiencies that we’ve been able to drive on a daily basis have allowed our teams to re-focus their energies on facilitating a world-class experience for our customers.”
Peak Campus has also been able to eliminate the majority of paper and the manual clerical processes its site staff were handling prior to using Entrata.
“Entrata is thrilled to partner with Peak Campus as they continue their growth and expansion in the student housing space,” said Chase Harrington, President and Chief Operating Officer of Entrata. “Industry partners, like Peak Campus, provide us valuable input that is essential to us developing tools that are customized for the student space. We look forward to the new opportunities this partnership creates for us to continue to innovate and better meet the needs of an evolving industry.”
