Property Solutions Wins BYU Business Plan Competition

Property Solutions LLC and its CEO David Bateman won the 11th Annual BYU Business Plan Competition. The company beat 96 other plans for the largest share of $120,000 in awards given to competitors.
Property Solutions LLC was awarded a $25,000 check and an additional $25,000 of in-kind legal, marketing and accounting services. The company won with a plan to market Vantage XP, a Web-based real estate management computer program. Vantage XP was released in May and allows residential property managers to be more effective.
My Carnivore, supplier of carnivorous plants, was awarded the second prize-a check for $10,000 and another $18,000 worth of in-kind services.
Sharing third place were Diervo, a renewable energy research and development company, and Stroller Works, which supplies reversible jogging strollers. They were each awarded checks for $5,000 and $10,000 in in-kind services.
