In addition, Entrata executives outlined more than 20 technology updates and enhancements made over the last year in response to client feedback, including:
Entrata Commercial, Affordable & Military - Entrata has been actively working with clients to design a comprehensive package of solutions for managing commercial and retail leasing functions, the compliance of HUD and tax credit properties and privatized military housing. Beta customers are now live using the affordable and commercial functionality, with customers set to begin beta testing military in a few months.
Entratamation - Entrata has begun beta testing Entratamation¢, an apartment automation feature for Entrata Core. The new feature bridges the gap between property management software and smart devices by facilitating a way for properties to connect hardware such as thermostats, lights, locks and water sensors for multiple units to a central hub.
Custom Reporting - Entrata is currently working on a custom reporting tool that will allow clients to create and design their own reports and report packets. Beta testing for this new product will begin in the first quarter of 2018. The tool will allow users to access and display their information any way they want, by creating cover pages, headers and footers, graphs and tables, with nearly unlimited formatting options.
Lead Scoring - Site office teams are now able to use the Entrata dashboard to review a score of their properties leads and traffic to allow for better prioritization in the leasing office. More than 73 million leads were analyzed to determine the algorithm for the score that takes into account the key attributes that most often predict conversion.
Free SSL Certifications - Entrata now offers a completely secure web experience for all customers using Entratas ProspectPortal websites. A free Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption certificate will be applied to every site over the next year.
Amazon Alexa and ResidentPortal - Residents can now access ResidentPortal features through any device with Amazon Alexa (Amazon Echo devices, cars, phones, etc.). The update allows users to pay rent with a voice command, submit maintenance requests (coming soon), check office hours and learn about upcoming events.
RV Automated Conditional Approval - ResidentVerify has removed the dark period between application and lease approval by allowing for properties to send automatic decisions to prospects based upon the properties unique criteria. Applicants will receive automated emails with these decisions, as well as a display of any applicable conditions they may need to satisfy before moving forward to lease signing.
