Single Interface Provides Company w/ 360 View of Portfolio Operations

LEHI, Utah - IDM, the 2,700 unit multifamily owner/operator based in Vancouver Wash., announced it has selected Entratas platform of technology tools to manage its full scope of operations. Over the last year, the company has transitioned all of its marketing, leasing, accounting and resident functions to the centralized system.

Additionally, the resident facing tools of the platform are allowing leasing agents to better connect with residents at their properties and provide them with the modern technologies they demand.

Most of our residents, its got to be 80 or 90 percent, log in to the ResidentPortal at least once a month. We find that were driving resident retention because of these tools: because we can talk to them so easily, said Larson. Residents feel more of a sense of community because theyre connected with us online. Theyre better served and better taken care of than ever before, and they notice it.
