Monument Real Estate Services Migrates to Entrata Core

March 29 2017

LEHI, UTAH - Monument Real Estate Services, manager of more than 13,000 units nationwide, recently migrated all of its properties to Entratas full platform of property management technology tools.

Having a variety of applications within one software program makes our on-site teams more efficient and was the biggest factor in us deciding to make the move to Entrata, said Greg Lozinak, chief executive officer, Monument Real Estate Services. It allows us to run our business more effectively so we can better take care of our residents and henceforth our investors.

Entratas user-friendly dashboard allows Monument to run all of its websites, accounting, utilities, payments, leasing and email communications from one, unified platform.

The ease of use of the system is fairly intuitive, so someone who is fairly new to Entrata can sit down in front of a computer and quickly adapt and do all the processes we need them to do at the site, said Lozinak.

Monument also cites Entratas adaptability and customer service as additional reasons for the move. Entrata offers an open API for third-party integrations and regularly takes input from customers for improvements to its products and the development of new innovations.

When we ask [Entrata] a question, the response is always €˜lets see what we can do rather than €˜no we cant do that, said Lozinak. And, with the open API system, theres an immense amount of cooperation with our other vendors. They always help us figure out a way.

Based on feedback from industry partners like Monument, Entrata released a myriad of new features in 2016 including the ResidentPortal app and improved functionality for Entrata Core customers.

With the release of new features, technology companies generally see bug counts and customer service inquiries spike, said Chase Harrington, chief operating officer, Entrata. That just hasnt been the case for us. Over the last year, we have seen a record low bug count in our system.

In addition to the low bug count, a study of two years worth of data found that customers using Entrata Core submitted 75 percent fewer support tickets than customers using third-party integrations.
