Company announces more than 20 product enhancements and ninth year of exponential revenue growth
LEHI, UTAH - This week, Entrata, real estates fastest growing technology company, brought together more than 350 multifamily professionals at its sold-out user summit held at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah.
Opening the conference, CEO Dave Bateman highlighted Entratas growth over the last twelve months. Key milestones included:
2016 is Entratas ninth year of consecutive exponential revenue growth, with revenue projected of more than $118 million.
This year marked the one-year anniversary of the general release of Entratas property management software, now contributing to 38 percent of the companys revenue.
Entrata processed $18 billion in payments with Entratas ResidentPay, up from $15 billion last year.
The company has hired more than 100 new employees and is planning an expansion of its headquarters.
Entratas value stems from our ability to offer a full platform of technology services and an open API to the multifamily industry, said Dave Bateman, president, Entrata. Bateman outlined more than 20 technology updates and enhancements made over the last year in response to client feedback and provided attendees with an update on the developments slated to be released in coming weeks, including:
Entrata Affordable, Commercial and Military - Entrata is actively working with clients to design a comprehensive package of solutions for managing commercial and retail leasing functions, the compliance of HUD and tax credit properties and privatized military housing. The company is identifying clients now to participate in beta testing for the new platforms.
SiteTablet 5.0 - The updated leasing application, already in beta with Alliance Residential and Greystar, includes streamlined access to community information and floor plans, real-time pricing and availability and leasing functionality that allows leasing agents to be completely mobile.
VendorAccess - The vendor-facing portal will interface directly with Entrata Accounting to bring clarity and efficiency to managing vendor compliance and the electronic exchange of purchase orders and invoices.
Job Costing - Entrata users will soon be able to use job costing to forecast materials, labor and any other overhead expenses to simplify the accounting processes for new construction and rehab projects.
As evidenced by the updates announced at the Summit, Entrata is making improvements and changes at an incredibly rapid pace, said Cameron Dixon Barry, vice president of technology, Cottonwood Residential. Entrata is proving to be real contenders to the other companies in the space who some may perceive as having a more expansive portfolio of offerings.

Summit attendees also engaged in hands-on training workshops, targeted breakout sessions by industry experts and keynote presentations by two-time Super Bowl champion, Peyton Manning and Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot for the U.S. Navy.
