Property Solutions Hires New Chief Sales Officer

New talent and changing roles for Property Solutions execs mark software companys strategy for the new year.

Lehi, UT --December 11, 2014-- Property Solutions announced several changes in its executive team this week. The reorganization includes the hiring of David Norton as Chief Sales Officer, the promotion of Chase Harrington to Chief Strategy Officer, the promotion of Jon Soldan to Chief Operating Officer, and the transition of John Hanna from his day-to-day role as President to a position on Property Solutions Board of Directors.

The multifamily industrys leader in innovative Platform as a Service (PaaS) technology, Property Solutions is wrapping up a year of strong growth and innovation. "We see these changes in the leadership team as an investment in strong leadership to support continued growth in 2015 and beyond," said CEO Dave Bateman.

David Norton steps into the Chief Sales Officer role with extensive experience in building and leading sales teams through early stage, rapid growth, and acquisition business phases. He helped grow Xactware to become the top software provider in the property insurance industry and most recently held a position as Chief Sales Officer at Comply365. Norton has an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Chase Harrington will now be serving in the new role as Chief Strategy Officer. Harrington joined Property Solutions client services team in 2009 after graduating from BYU. Over the last five years he has risen through the ranks as a Regional Vice President, Division Sales Manager, and most recently, Executive Vice President.

Jon Soldan will now be Chief Operating Officer, having joined Property Solutions' team as Director of Project Management, where he oversaw implementation functions, and most recently served as SVP of Client Services, where he managed all support, implementation, and client service functions.

John Hanna was one of the members of the team that won the BYU Business Plan Competition and the Fortune Magazine MBA Showdown in 2003, introducing the fledgling company to the multifamily industry. As a member of the companys board, Hanna will continue to consult with the company, participate in industry events on the companys behalf and maintain his ownership shares.
