Business Analyst - ResidentPortal

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our ResidentPay, ResidentPortal and ResidentPortal App products. In addition to multi-family housing, the Business Analyst will gain intimate understanding of the payments industry by working closely with the Merchant Services Teams. 

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Define, drive and administer product adoption programs, such as Paperless Payments Program  
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Conduct research on new and proposed features
  • Work closely with product manager and Payments team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Understand and write product Release Notes to be shared with customers
  • Test feature updates for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with delivery of Sprint Review to internal services stakeholders
  • Copilot product or feature launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other product team members
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • ​Represent the company by visiting or reaching out to customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong analytic and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Proven project management skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thought leadership among peers on direction, issues and initiatives related to product strategy, positioning and adoption
  • Excellent service and communication to other teams in the company
  • SQL experience a plus 

Base Wage/Salary:

  • Annual Salary, DOE
  • PTO and paid holidays

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours
  • Lehi, UT
