The primary responsibility of the Quality Analyst is to ensure that the configuration of client settings and content for each product are met before a project is closed. To do this the analyst performs thorough audits of each project and documents any issues that would prevent a product from functioning properly. The analyst then communicates the results of each audit to the project manager and other stakeholders.

 

In addition to auditing projects, the Quality Analyst is responsible for contacting internal and external project stakeholders to receive feedback about their implementation experience with Entrata. It is essential that the Quality Analyst have exceptional communication skills and be extremely detail oriented.

 

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide accurate QA feedback through project audits

  • Send weekly surveys to gather client & internal feedback

  • Contribute to internal projects and process development

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge

  • Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and assignments

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate to get things done 

  • Superb communication skills, the ability to solve issues, and the capacity to manage time effectively

  • Experience working with web-based software


 

Compensation: Hourly

 

 


Work Schedule and Location:


Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


Lehi, UT office
