Product Marketing Manager

Job Description: 

Marketing at Entrata owns the development of all sales tools, content, marketing collateral and go-to-market strategy for the product platform and the corporate brand. The Product Marketing Manager collaborates with an excellent team of marketing and product managers in crafting & developing compelling messages, tools and content (presentations, case studies, product videos, customer success stories, thought leadership, etc.) in support of the sales and management teams.



  • Drive market leadership in the multifamily space through the messaging and positioning of our platform and associated products

  • Work with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages

  • Partner with the product team and other departments to develop captivating lead-gen initiatives and campaigns

  • Identify and execute on breakthrough product marketing activities that set our products apart

  • Research and develop content for the website, brochures and all other marketing campaign assets

  • Assist in managing the webinar, sales enablement and adoption programs


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 2-4 years marketing experience

  • Proven project management skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Experience in crafting creative messaging, tailored to the needs of the market 

  • Strong analytic and creative problem-solving skills

  • Thought leadership among peers on direction, issues and initiatives related to brand, marketing, user acquisition and engagement

  • Excellent service and communication to other teams in the company


Base Wage/Salary:

  • Annual Salary DOE

  • Potential for performance-based bonuses

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Monday - Friday, during normal business hours

  • Lehi, UT office
