Job Description: 

As a member of the Professional Services team, an Associate Operations Consultant plays a key role in the success of a client’s implementation of Entrata's (PaaS) products. As an Associate Operations Consultant, you will work in conjunction with Operations Consultants to properly configure Entrata’s Operations platform to meet the client’s expectations.

Responsibilities: 





  • Work with Operations Consultants to understand customer's processes and assist with configuration of the software to achieve the desired functionality.




  • Business process definition and change management. Effectively partner with the Operations Consultants to provide analysis and recommendations.




  • Become a subject matter expert on the required implementation tasks as they relate to Entrata’s Platform.




  • Ability to participate and accurately execute all required implementation tasks.




  • Partner with Operations Consultants to resolve and escalate customer implementation issues to ensure world-class customer experiences and successful implementations of the Entrata Platform.




 

 



Desired Qualifications:





  • Pursuing or have obtained a degree from an accredited University + a continual thirst for knowledge




  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word experience




  • Positive attitude and great people skills




  • Previous software implementation experience a plus




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational skills




  • Strong problem-solving capabilities




  • Ability to work on many projects simultaneously






Base Wage/Salary:





  • Annual Salary, DOE




  • PTO and paid holidays




 

Work Schedule and Location: 





  • 8am-5pm Monday-Friday




  • Lehi, UT
