Job Description: 

Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales team. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.



• Develop and deliver product demonstrations

• Represent the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams

• Some travel may be required


Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5+ years’ relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales

• Experience in and familiarity with the Multi-family housing industry

• Accounting background/expertise strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is strongly preferred

Self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales and knowledge of technology 

• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports 

• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base 

• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches


Base Wage/Salary:

• Annual Salary, DOE

• PTO & Paid Holidays


Work Schedule and Location:

• Monday-Friday during normal business hours
