Invoice Management Specialist

Job Description: 

As an Invoice Management Specialist you will provide utility and invoice management services to a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for internal account setup, tracking missing client invoices, working with utility providers to resolve system generated audits, and working with our data entry team to resolve escalated invoices that are unable to be processed. Along with this you will be the main point of contact for your clients and responsible to create an excellent working relationship with them to ensure their needs are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for accurate and timely processing data from client invoices

  • Oversee portfolio of clients by managing their monthly invoices and acting as their main point of contact for any invoice related questions or concerns

  • Resolve any escalations that are created to ensure invoices are processed correctly

  • Coordinate with utility providers to resolve problems and audits on bills

  • Ensure proper procedures and followups and executed for client invoices

  • Assist team members as needed and/or available to fulfill their job duties

  • Partner with other departments when taking on new properties to make sure the transition runs smoothly for the client

  • Meet department metrics and KPI’s

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver quality results with strict deadlines

  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed

  • Basic understanding of general accounting practices

  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products

  • Organizational skills needed to balance workload to achieve optimal results

  • Ability to work well with others in a team setting

  • Experience within the multifamily housing industry a bonus

Base Wage/Salary:

  • $30K+ annual salary, DOE

  • Full-time, long-term preferred

  • Lehi, UT office
