Job Responsibilities:


 


 


The Office Assistant has the important responsibility of being the first impression of our company when visitors come to the Leasing Center. This position will also provide support to business operations including filing, scanning, performing clerical functions, handling information requests and other duties as assigned.


 


Responsibilities:


-Provides assistance and support to the leadership of the Provo office


-Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.


-Maintains office efficiency including but not limited to organizing the office, maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; maintaining the condition of the office and arranging necessary repairs.


-Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.


-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Info : Hours will be M-F 2 pm-6 pm


Educational Qualification : High School Diploma or GED
