Background Verification Analyst

Job Description: 

We are looking for a team player who is dynamic and proactive, and who has high attention to detail.  After our sales team brings on new clients, our Background Verification Analysts are the people who make it happen.  This position will have primary responsibility for driving customer satisfaction, interfacing directly with customers, understanding their needs and configuring the ResidentVerify product to meet them.  This position will also become an expert on our consumer resolution processes.



Responsibilities:




  • Become an expert in reviewing criminal records, and the ResidentVerify product

  • Develop expert knowledge of consumer request, client dispute, and manual criminal review processes and procedures

  • Assist team in providing recommendations for product functionality

  • Adhere to federal and state consumer reporting regulations

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients to resolve concerns and problems



Required Skills and Experience:




  • 1-3 years of work experience

  • Prefer experience in the Multi-family industry at both property and corporate levels

  • 1-3 years experience working in the software industry

  • 1-3 years experience with criminal data

  • High degree of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrated proactivity in accomplishing tasks and projects

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with end users in a support and/or training capacity



Work Schedule and Location:




  • Monday-Friday during normal business hours, with weekend rotation

  • Lehi, UT office
