Content Marketing Specialist
Entrata’s Content Marketing Specialist is a productive content creator who consistently applies our brand “voice” across a variety of marketing campaigns & initiatives. This role reliably meets individual and team goals by approaching challenges and roadblocks with creativity and a penchant for problem-solving. As part of our Marketing Communications team based in our Lehi, UT headquarters, the Content Marketing Specialist must be an organized, motivated team player and an excellent copy writer and editor who is rock-solid reliable.
Responsibilities will include:
Create, edit, and update marketing copy to ensure Entrata’s brand appears consistently across white papers, blogs, press articles, print and email campaigns, web pages, videos, and sales collateral.
Reliably produce clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Event Marketing teams to plan and create timely and appropriately branded content.
Coordinate with Entrata’s Design team to effectively produce content that reflects Entrata’s visual brand.
Plan and execute multi-part marketing campaigns, maintaining forward momentum in dynamic circumstances.
Respond to change quickly and positively.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on content produced by other stakeholders.
Conceptualize and create persuasive content for a variety of audiences in the U.S. and India, including clients, recruiting audiences, and internal stakeholders.
Successfully manage multiple projects within campaign specifications and budget restrictions.
Three to five years’ experience copywriting and copyediting
A diverse portfolio of created content including examples of sales content, press articles, ads, emails, web content, video scripts, etc.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (speaking and writing) to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsiveness and reliability
Ability to receive feedback and adapt when given constructive critiques
Demonstrated creativity and ability to adjust quickly to change
Ability to work with stakeholders across the company to make sure the Entrata brand is represented consistently in every situation.
Bachelor's degree in Communications or English
Proficiency with both the AP Style Guide and Chicago Manual of Style
Experience in marketing and brand management
Experience creating content for audiences in the U.S. and India
