Job Description: 

As a member of the Professional Services team, an Accounting Consultant plays a key role in the successful implementation of new customers onto Entrata’s (PaaS) platform of products.  As an Accounting Consultant, you will work in conjunction with the client’s business and technical teams to properly configure Entrata's products to meet the client’s needs. Accounting Consultants are expected to master Entrata's suite of products to effectively consult with the client in order to configure the software solutions based on the processes of the end user. As an Accounting Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with Entrata’s small and mid sized customers. In addition to the implementation consulting specific responsibilities listed above and below, the Accounting Consultant also plays a key role in the creation and execution of department strategy projects, such as process and asset improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Provide a wide variety of post-sales consulting services to ensure world-class client experience and successful implementation of Entrata Platform

  • Understand customer’s processes and configure the software to achieve desired functionality

  • Business process definition and change management

  • Become an Entrata subject matter expert. The Accounting Consultant is expected to be fluent in all aspects of Entrata

  • Ability to participate in all implementation tasks -- (project management, kick-off calls, consultations, configuration, etc.)

  • Research/test new features and troubleshoot issues and present to the team

  • Frequently Review and update the the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Desired Qualifications:    

 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Solid understanding of the Google Suite of products

  • Works well with deadlines

  • Ability to work on many projects and project teams simultaneously

  • Love of learning

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong presentation skills 

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

 

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary, DOE
