Job Description: 

As a member of the Product team, a Product Manager plays a key role in the development of the Entrata Platform. Entrata is disrupting the multi-family industry with our innovative products and we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can help take our products to the next level! 

 

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the Product Manager within the scrum framework

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

• Work with the Director of Product to define vision and strategy for the products    

• Translate product strategy into specific projects and requirements

• Perform external discovery with customers and non-customers as needed, including on-site client visits, interviews, round tables, etc

• Work closely with development teams to execute the product vision

• Work closely with sales teams to support strategic sales opportunities

• Drive product or feature launches including working with marketing team, implementation team, and other product management team members

• Define, drive and administer product adoption programs

• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

• Establish a reputation as a thought leader by engaging in speaking opportunities and representing Entrata at industry events.

 

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with real estate management industry (multi-family, commercial, etc.) AND/OR experience with property management software

• Bachelor's degree 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to work on many projects and project teams simultaneously

• Empathetic to the questions and concerns of clients

• Comfortable learning new software; willing to become a product expert

• Upbeat, self-motivated, self-managed, a finisher

• An excellent team player

• Experience with software product development and design

• Exceptionally good at presenting to groups of 20+ individuals

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Ability to operate standard and specified technical office equipment. Regular and reliable onsite attendance during standard operating hours.
