Job Description: Entrata’s technical project manager plays a key role in managing internal and external projects (both technical and non-technical) from inception to completion. They lead projects that cross multiple disciplines and teams to meet strategic department and company needs. To succeed in this position, an individual must have the ability to lead and motivate internal and external stakeholders, solve complex problems, and use Entrata’s project management tools and methodology to complete projects accurately and timely. In addition to maintaining a full portfolio of internal projects, a technical project manager is expected to stay actively involved in personal and professional improvement, peer mentoring, and improve and develop project management processes within Entrata. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead internal and external projects (both technical and non-technical) within the organization.

  • Manage project elements, including but not limited to schedule, cost, scope, quality, resources, communication, risks, issues, change, approvals, and stakeholders through the ownership of the project plan, project management tools, and project documents. 

  • Utilize Workfront to effectively create and manage a WBS for each project and manage each project according to the Entrata project governance standard.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Entrata product offerings & demonstrate advanced skills in project management performance to ensure the successful completion of projects.

  • Lead the project team(s) to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations while balancing competing constraints.

  • Hold the project team accountable for delivering on commitments without directly managing each resource.

  • Understand Entrata’s software development, Implementation, and internal project methodologies and manage the interdependencies between all methodologies to deliver successful projects.

  • Organize, drive, manage, and document requirements gathering engagements with stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

 
  • CAPM Certification <or> Bachelor’s Degree <or> 5+ Years of demonstrable B2B project management experience. Of this, 2+ years must be demonstrable B2B project management experience in SaaS implementation or software development.

 
  • Ability to turn non-technical business needs into actionable technical requirements. Must also be able to track and coordinate the progress of these requirements to completion by working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

 
  • Experience working with the development for call- center.
     

  • Strong understanding of project management tools and deliverables such as project plans, work breakdown structure, risk register, issue logs, etc.

 
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to present technical or detailed information to all levels of a customer’s organization in a highly impactful manner.

 
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at a deep level of detail with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to get things done and manage expectations. Ability to communicate effectively across all departments within the organization.

 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to provide frequent detailed reports to many different types of stakeholders. High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to push tasks to completion despite intra-organizational roadblocks.
     

  • Previous experience using Workfront project management software is a plus.
