Job Description: 

Entrata has assembled a team of the best sales professionals in our industry and we are seeking high-performing candidates to join our team. As a member of this team, you’ll identify, establish, and develop both new and existing business sales relationships with private and institutional owners and investors of multifamily real estate. This role is focused on relationships with ownership groups who hire out management of their assets to third-party operators. You will be tasked with educating these groups on the impact Entrata can have on their portfolio performance, and with securing new business directly with these companies or indirectly through their operators. The successful candidate will reside in an assigned region and work remotely from a home office. This position includes local and regional travel along with active participation in regional and national apartment associations. You’ll also periodically visit Entrata headquarters in Utah and travel to national trade shows and events.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry required, specifically selling to or working with or for private and institutional investors and asset managers

  • Experience with technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree

  • True passion for sales, presenting, consulting, negotiating, and closing business

  • Understanding of how to foster client relationships

  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and mastery of software systems

  • Social intelligence and the ability to build quality, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Proven sales results and track record of success

  • Base salary, plus commissions

​Work schedule and location:

  • Full time in remote (home) office

  • Up to 50% travel required

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Ability to operate standard and specified technical office equipment. Regular and reliable onsite attendance during standard operating hours.
