Invoice Acquisition Specialist
As an Invoice Acquisition Specialist you will provide utility and invoice management services to a portfolio of clients. Clients choose Entrata to manage their community utility bills and generate individual resident invoices in a timely and accurate manner. A successful Invoice Acquisition Specialist will maintain our high standards for accuracy, while ensuring the timely receipt of all of our client’s invoices.
Oversee portfolio of clients by tracking their monthly invoices and ensuring timely receipt of those invoices
Optimize invoice receipt method to ensure the fastest receipt possible
Coordinate with utility providers to quickly track down missing invoices
Scan physical invoices received through the mail daily
Ensure proper procedures and follow ups are executed, according to SOP’s
Assist team members, as needed, to fulfill their job duties
Partner with other departments when taking on new properties to ensure a smooth transition
Collaborate with Utility Service Manager and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Meet department metrics and KPI’s
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
Ability to deliver quality results with strict deadlines
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed
Organizational skills needed to balance workload to achieve optimal results
Ability to work well with others in a team setting
Property management experience is a plus
- $30K+ annual salary, DOE

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Ability to operate standard and specified technical office equipment. Regular and reliable onsite attendance during standard operating hours.
