Submeter Operations Analyst
Entrata is looking for a Submeter Operations Analyst to join our ResidentUtility team. This position will work with a portfolio of multifamily housing clients to collect meter readings in association with our utility billing product. A successful Submeter Operations Analyst will maintain regular communication with the utility billing and utility account management teams, while also providing support for client requests.
Responsible for accurately recording daily & monthly meter reads for all submetered properties
Coordinate setup, transfer, meter configurations, testing and documentation of new and transferred submetered properties
Facilitate smooth transitions of meter related information to implementation, billing and accounting departments
Regulate possible exceptions that cause adverse impacts to billing processes dependent on data from meter exchanges
Partner with Development team members to identify new processes and product changes to improve submeter automation
Engage in continuous learning of the latest technology of submetering equipment and procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of new meter processes and best practices
Coordinate with Utility Service Managers to identify and fulfill client needs related to submetering
Assist team members, as needed, to fulfill their job duties
Meet department metrics and KPI’s
Basic computer skills and experience with Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed
Ability to deliver quality results with strict deadlines
Organizational skills needed to balance workload to achieve optimal results
Ability to work well with others in a team setting
Property management experience is a plus

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Ability to operate standard and specified technical office equipment. Regular and reliable onsite attendance during standard operating hours.
