Job Description: 

Entrata is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Fulfillment Department.  This position will be responsible for confirming the accuracy of the RU, UEM, and IP service performed for a portfolio of multifamily housing clients. The Quality Control Specialist will work closely with all department members to maintain annual audits of properties, research best methods for resident billing, and ensure accurate execution of all department tasks. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality control measures on all RU, UEM, and IP outputs to ensure accuracy

  • Document, analyze and implement risk-mitigation procedures to improve the quality control process and/or team member training process.

  • Engage with the Development team to gain an extensive knowledge of internal system settings to identify potential billing issues

  • Execute complete quality control procedures

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures detailing the quality control processes

  • Review the initial setup and ongoing service of client portfolio to ensure implementation methods are accurate

  • Coordinate with Development and other teams to maintain accuracy and continuity of billing and invoice management procedures  

  • Report on metrics/KPIs

  • Assist and help team members as needed


Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • At least 6 months experience working on a utility team at Entrata

  • Basic understanding of third-party utility billing methods, best practices and legal regulations

  • Ability to deliver quality results with strict deadlines

  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed

  • Organizational skills needed to balance workload to achieve optimal results

  • Basic computer skills and experience with Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel
