Job Description: 

Entrata is looking for a Utility Service Manager to join our ResidentUtility team.  This position will provide utility consultation services to a portfolio of multifamily housing clients.  Clients choose Entrata to manage their community utility bills and generate individual resident invoices in a timely and accurate manner.  A successful Utility Service Manager will maintain our high standards for customer service, while ensuring our client’s satisfaction with the utility suite of products.  


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and make certain a high level of satisfaction with the utility products is achieved

  • Conduct regular meetings with the client and make recommendations to provide continued success with utility management, utility recovery processes and system configuration

  • Develop a consultative relationship with each client and work in conjunction with other internal teams to ensure the success of the customer's utility products.

  • Educate clients on new releases that will benefit their properties 

  • Maintain expert level knowledge of the RU and UEM products

  • Accountable for success measures set forth by management team

  • Partner with other team members on projects related to the success of the RU/UEM products

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities

  • Organized and methodical with the excellent follow-up to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met

  • Self-motivated to provide world class service to customers and to make a difference within our organization

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience with ResidentUtility and Utility Expense Management, or similar account management experience

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Able to identify and understand challenges and issues faced by clients and coworkers and foster an environment of positive communication when sharing viewpoints, concerns and ideas.

  • Basic computer skills and experience with Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Enjoys working with others in a team setting

  • Accounting experience a plus

  • Property management experience is a plus

Base Wage/Salary:
