The primary responsibility of Entrata’s Account Executive is to drive revenue across a fast growing segment of our business. This position will be responsible for the overall sales performance of their region. With a focus on identifying, establishing, and developing both new and existing business sales relationships. The Account Executive will own and target a list of property management companies with the responsibility of activating and closing new revenue opportunities. The Account Executive will model core values of Entrata’s culture and will help establish Entrata’s brand in their region. 

 

The successful candidate will reside in Utah and will work from the corporate office. With occasional travel to market for trade shows and other apartment association events.  

 

This individual will possess a passion for and understanding of sales, sales process and sales strategy.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with technology/software sales

  • Experience with consultative or complex solution selling

  • True passion for sales, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing business 

  • Hungry, assertive, confident, honest, and disciplined (Show us how you have these qualities)

  • Social intelligence, especially in building quality, long-term relationships with clients and with sales team members

  • Proven results and track record of success

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related course of study

 

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commissions 

  • PTO & Paid Holidays

 

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Monday-Friday during normal business hours

  • Lehi, UT office
