Job Description: 

We are looking for a Product Manager to oversee our Leasing Execution and Document Storage tools. These tools include lease generation, as well document signing, and document storage products designed to help property managers maximize the conversion potential of every prospective renter. The product manager will act as the product champion both internal and external to the organization.  The product manager will own the roadmap and vision for the product with a focus on identifying market problems and designing solutions to solve them.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

• Translate product strategy into specific requirements

• Work with the SVP of Product to scope and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact

• Work closely with development teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

• Work closely with sales teams to support strategic sales opportunities

• Drive product or feature launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other product management team members

• Define, drive and administer product adoption programs

• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

• Establish a reputation as a thought leader by engaging in speaking opportunities and representing Entrata at industry events.

 

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, communications or general business preferred

• Product Management Experience desired

 

Base Wage/Salary:

• Annual Salary DOE

• Potential for performance-based bonuses

• PTO & Paid Holidays

 

Work Schedule and Location:

• Monday - Friday, during normal business hours

• Lehi, UT office
