Job Description: 

Entrata is a rocket ship in the apartment industry’s B2B SaaS space. Innovation is at the core of everything we do, and we are looking for a motivated, passionate Technical Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be partnering with our Development leaders/leadership  to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for all technical roles in their business unit. We are looking for a strategic partner who is motivated by identifying creative ways to cultivate a pipeline of passive and active talent for this group.

We expect you to define and execute on a talent acquisition strategy for a variety of technical roles.   • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process with a focus on positive candidate experience
  • Build strategic partnerships with hiring leaders to execute on their specific hiring needs 
  • Leverage multiple networks and sourcing strategies to build passive and active candidate pools
  • Influence hiring best practices around the interview process
  • Build meaningful, trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Tactically negotiate and close offers in a highly competitive environment
  • Effectively manage expectations with both candidates and internal stakeholders during interview and offer process
  • Provide professional advice and recommendations around market conditions to key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience of Technical Recruiting in the SaaS industry
  • Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends and relationship management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect with all levels of candidates and stakeholders within the organization
  • Consistently building strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Naturally curious and consistently challenging the status quo
  • Being results-driven and always operating with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive activities while maintaining a high-level professional demeanor with candidates, colleagues, and internal teams
  • Experience recruiting executive level talent is a plus
  • Balanced background in both agency and corporate recruiting environments preferred
