Associate Director of Digital Marketing Consulting

Job Description: 

This position is responsible for managing one of the Digital Marketing Consulting teams. This position reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing Consulting. In addition to managing a Digital Marketing Consulting team, you will act as a Digital Marketing Consultant for a small portfolio of customers.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will work with a team of digital marketing specialists. You will evaluate the customer’s unique digital marketing needs and formulate a strategy to reach the customer’s goals, execute tactics and oversee the execution of tactics by team members to achieve the customer’s goals, and measure, analyze, and report to the customer the success of the strategy. Digital Marketing Consultants are expected to master the field of digital marketing in the multi-family housing industry.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experienced: 2+ years of management experience

  • Experienced: 3+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University + a continual thirst for knowledge

  • Experience in the Multifamily housing industry and processes

  • Experience in a client-facing role with SaaS products

    • Salary (DOE) + Bonus

    Work Schedule and Location:

    • Monday-Friday during normal business hours
