Entrata’s Corporate Recruiter is who we rely on to collaborate with our Customer Success, Project Management, Training, Consulting, and Technical Support leaders to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for all roles in their business units. We are looking for a strategic partner who is motivated by identifying creative ways to cultivate a pipeline of passive and active talent for these groups. As part of our Recruiting team, based in Lehi, UT, this role requires the ability to execute a talent acquisition strategy for a variety of roles supporting your business units. Responsibilities will include
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process with a priority on positive candidate experience
Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, HRBP's, Compensation team, and colleagues to ensure we are clearly identifying the client needs and effectively executing hires
Leverage multiple networks and sourcing strategies to build passive and active candidate pools
Influence hiring best practices around the interview process
Build meaningful, trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally
Tactically negotiate and close offers in a highly competitive environment
Effectively manage expectations with both candidates and internal stakeholders starting at position kick off through offer closing
Identify long term sourcing pipelines through community resources and university relationships and engagements
Provide regular status reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and business partners
Provide professional advice and recommendations around market conditions to key stakeholders
3+ years’ experience of Recruiting in the SaaS industry
Self-starter mentality; comfortable with ambiguity, limited direction, and establishing something from nothing
Strong Communication & ability to sell candidates on the company/position
Knowledgeable in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage, and salary trends, and relationship management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect with all levels of candidates and stakeholders within the organization
Creativity, persistence, confidence, and a relentlessly positive attitude are a must.
Consistently building strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates
Naturally curious and consistently challenging the status quo
Experience implementing an applicant tracking system
Being results-driven and always operating with a sense of urgency and ownership
Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive activities while maintaining a high-level professional demeanor with candidates, colleagues, and internal teams
Experience recruiting executive-level talent is a plus
Balanced background in both agency and corporate recruiting environments preferred
