Webinar Recap: Lead Manager and Contact Points Update

This week the Entrata team hosted a webinar to discuss the new contact points update to LeadManager and the best practices for change management in regards to this new update.

Travis Skeen, Business Analyst at Entrata, gave a product demonstration of LeadManager’s newest update called Contact Points. This update is already live for those customers on our rapid-release track, and will be made available for standard release customers on May 10, 2017.

Travis also reviewed the best practices to make this switch for site-level managers and also covered frequently asked questions that we have received from customers who have been using this update.
