We started from the bottom and now the whole team’s here… almost.

You may have heard, but word on the street is that Entrata is expanding. With almost 200 new positions being created (that’s a lot of new names to remember), we’re keeping it as real as can be and staying ahead, aiming for the summit, and taking on our next great ascent. In the fall of 2016, Entrata is expecting to open the doors of a brand new headquarters.

The new building, across the freeway and overlooking our current Lehi, Utah headquarters, will be 106,000 square feet and have a capacity of more than 500 employees.

“We started at the bottom and now we’re here,” our CEO Dave Bateman said during a special company meeting where the new building was officially announced to employees. “Our first location, in 2003, was a 900 square foot warehouse in Provo, Utah. We have been growing exponentially ever since.”

Dave attributed the success of the business to our company values. These values have been a guiding beacon for everyone in the company, setting the groundwork for how we treat not only each other, but customers as well.

“We owe it all to our excellent service to our clients and continued investment in our ability to innovate,” Dave continued during his speech to employees. “I’ve recently been told we have the best customer service in the industry because we’re willing to bend over backwards to accommodate our clients and make sure things are working. It makes all the difference.”

And there’s a reason we’re willing to bend over backwards—it’s the dedication of the employees Entrata has invested in. The people who start off at the bottom and end up as managers at the top, as is the case with 90 percent of the managers at the company.

“The success of a business is the sum of the success of everyone who works there and the progress they make in their careers,” Dave puts it, explaining why Entrata owes a lot to investing in those who innovate and work hard.

And in this it is certain that Entrata has invested in all the right people.

The new building marks a new chapter in the life of Dave Bateman, Entrata, and all of the employees that have been invested in to bring innovation to the industry. A chapter in which we’ll continue to climb and represent the values that have made us who we are.

We started from the bottom, and now we’re (almost) here. We just have to wait for that darn building to finish being built.
