How much is conference registration?

General Admission – $695 (Ends February 27th, 2023)
*Groups of 3 or more will receive $50 off each registration

How do I join the waitlist?

What does conference registration include?

When you register for Entrata Base Camp you will receive:

  • Admission to expert training courses, keynotes, and networking events
  • Our User Lab and User Testing held throughout the conference
  • Entrata provides lunch, snacks, and an opening night dinner at the Westin
  • Peachtree Plaza. (Breakfasts and Wednesday night dinner)
  • Post-conference access to online content, including slide decks and handouts
How will I know my registration has gone through?

Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive payment for your registration.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. You can change the name and contact information of who is attending at any time. To do so, please email [email protected]

Does the registration fee include travel expenses and hotel accommodations?

No. Travel and hotel costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

What if I need to cancel? Can I get a refund?

If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to [email protected]. To receive a refund for your registration fee (less $50 administration fee) you must notify us no later than 5 PM MST on February 27th, 2023. No refunds will be granted after February 27th, 2023. No refunds will be offered for no-shows.

Hotel cancellations must be processed through the hotel.
