How much is conference registration?

Two Day:
Early Bird - $495
General Admission - $595

Four Day:
Early Bird - $895
General Admission - $995

What is the difference between two day and four day?

There is no difference in scheduled content for either of the two-day conference options. The four-day option is available for attendees who want to cover more training topics or attend multiple sessions that are scheduled in the same time slot.

Once I register, can I switch my attendance dates?

As long as we have availability, you're welcome to switch your Two Day Pass dates or upgrade a Two Day to a Four Day pass. We cannot change your hotel reservations, nor can we guarantee space in the hotel block, so you will want to check with both Entrata and the hotel if you're changing dates.

If you're switching from a Four Day Pass to a Two Day Pass, you'll need to make the request before the refund deadline of February 7. No refunds will be available after that date. Remember, you'll need to work directly with the hotel to make any changes to your hotel reservation. Email to request any changes to your attendance dates.

How do I register?

What does conference registration include?

When you register for Entrata Base Camp you will receive:

  • A user lab held throughout the conference.
  • Access to expert training courses, keynotes, and networking events
  • Meals catered by the Omni Dallas Hotel
  • Opening day reception and dinner
  • Post-conference access to online content, including videos of training and general sessions

How will I know my registration has gone through?

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. You can change the name and contact information of who is attending at any time. To do so, please email

Does the registration fee include travel expenses and hotel accommodations?

No. Travel and hotel costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

What if I need to cancel? Can I get a refund?

If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to To receive a refund for your registration fee (less $50 administration fee) you must notify us no later than 5 P.M. MST on February 7th, 2020. No refunds will be granted after February 7th, 2020. No refunds will be offered for no-shows.
