The ResidentPortal App is now released and available to iPhone and Android users.The app’s native architecture takes advantage of powerful features on a mobile device to reduce the amount of effort required for residents to pay their rent, submit a maintenance order, or communicate with their property.
Many of your renters prefer instant messaging over email. Our new Facebook Chatbot integration and Amazon Echo functionality (coming in 2017) will allow residents to get immediate answers to their rent payment inquiries, maintenance issues, and other property management questions.
The updated leasing application includes streamlined access to community information and floor plans, real-time pricing, and availability and leasing functionality that allows leasing agents to be completely mobile.
These new workflows and incorporated quick-actions dramatically reduce the number of clicks it takes to complete tasks. Additionally, the new drivers license scanning functionality decreases the amount of time it takes to collect guest card information.
Entrata Mobile Maintenance provides increased efficiency, communication, and organization for property staff.
While viewing a work order you have access to the resident’s phone number, making it easy to call and gather additional details. Images of the maintenance problem can be attached to the work order to help locate and fix the issue quickly. Communicating with residents is simple. When a note is added to the work order, they’ll automatically receive an electronic message, letting them know you’re on the way, you need additional details or that the work is complete.
Additionally, there is no need to head back to the office for the next work order as you have real-time access to all the open work orders.
With InspectionManager you can carry your tablet with you as you inspect a unit, upload pictures of trouble spots and sign off digitally when you’ve completed the walkthrough. With the need to document damage with a camera already there, completing inspections on a mobile device just makes sense.
Photos taken are stored automatically with the line item that failed inspection. If the damage is charged back to a resident, it will automatically carry over to their move out statement. Gain clear insight into the progress of property wide inspections to see which buildings have been completed and where to go next.
Entrata Accounting Approvals
Within Entrata Accounting, mobile approvals are now available for POs, Invoices, and Checks. With the convenient ability to approve at any time and on any mobile device, there are no more hold ups with processing transactions when you’re not at your computer. Document attachments are available for review while approving and you also have access to a full audit history of all approval activity.
